This essential oil that is citrus-hued but sweet, is ideal for creating a relaxed and happy sensation. It is suggested that this accepts help for people suffering from SAD (affected seasonal disorder), PMS, binge eating, postnatal depression, colds and flu. Bergamot oil is one of my favorites in aromatherapy and is used in vaporizers, massages and mixed with bath water.
